Which Lightening Package is Right For You?

With a combined 20+ years of experience behind the chair, blonding specialty courses, and multiple blonding certifications in our salon, we know our blonding services. But we don't expect our clients to! You're the guest, we're the host, we've got you.

At Storybook Salon, we know that choosing the right service can be a bit overwhelming, so we want to simplify that for you!

While all salons and areas are going to word things a bit differently, there is one thing the majority of us have in common: we don't stick to one method of lightening hair. We do balayage, babylights, highlights, foilayage, air lights, etc... but it all boils down to: "I want to go lighter!"

So let us help you turn off the part of your brain that is attempting to take a 30 second beauty school course. At Storybook, we have only three packages to choose from:

The Storyteller: Our Full Custom Blonding Package

You'll choose this service if:

• You typically get a "full foil"

• You typically get a "full balayage"

• You want to go much lighter all over

• You only get your hair done once per year and want a big change (but not a fashion color or platinum card)

This service includes:

• Lightening throughout the whole-head

• All toning needed

• All rooting needed (tap, drop, smudge, blend, you name it!)

• Blowout and style

The New Chapter: Our Partial custom Blonding Package

You'll choose this service if:

• You typically get a "partial foil"

• You typically get a "partial balayage"

• You want a change, want dimension, but want to keep your base as the base

• You want to go somewhat lighter

• You get your hair done 2-6 times per year and don't want a huge change but a noticeable one

This service includes:

• Lightening where needed

• Dimension where needed (including any rooting needed)

• All toning needed

• Blowout and style

The Novella: Our Mini Custom Blonding Package

You'll choose this service if:

• You need a tiny touch-up, such as "I have an event this weekend but won't need my hair really done yet"

• You like to keep brighteness around the face and don't particularly care about the brightness throughout the rest.

• Your hairline/part is the only thing that bothers you as it grows out

• You only get a full package 1 time per year and this is your in-between solution

This package includes:

• Lightening around the face, partline, and back hairline

• All toning needed

• Blowout and style
